We have several outreach events we do weekly and monthly to engage our community. Some events that we do are listed below. If you’d like to be a part of any of these events, or you have questions, please contact our Community Pastor, Bryan Ayer, here
First Sunday Outreach Lunch: Every first Sunday immediately following our morning worship, we gather together for a dinner in our fellowship hall. This is open to all and would love to have you!
Annual HABC Chili Cook-off: Our Annual Chili Cook-off happens annually in the winter and is a free event for all! All in attendance will be able to sample each chili available and we will then take a vote for the winning chili. This will be a great time of fellowship and fun!
Praise in the Park: Praise in the Park happens annually in April and is an event where we gather out at Park Circle instead of at our church building for our morning worship gathering! This is a great opportunity to take the gospel to the community and we will have great time of worship with a cook-out and games to follow!
Family Movie Nights: Our Family Movie nights are free events where we provide food, popcorn, and drinks! We set up on our side lawn and project the movies on the side of our building! This is a great time for the family to come and fellowship! We will be announcing our Summer family movie nights soon! Our next movie night will be on July 1 in celebration of the 4th of July! We will be watching the classic movie, The Sandlot!
Back to School Block Party: Our Back to School Block Party is a blast! We have games, food, jump castles and free school supplies to give to the children in attendance! Our 3rd Annual Block Party will be in August before school starts back!
North Charleston Harvest Festival: Each October the City of North Charleston hosts the Harvest Festival on Montague Avenue. We take part in this event giving out candy, water and giveaways! This is a great opportunity for us to connect with our community!
North Charleston Christmas Parade & Festival: Each December we set-up at our Christmas tree around Park Circle to give out popcorn and hot chocolate to all in attendance. This is a great opportunity for us to minister to our community! This year we plan to participate in the parade too!
